Well the disruption planned in Chorley isn't as bad as I thought it would be.
But it's day one of my working week from Preston to Chorley - it could all go belly-up by Friday.
The replacement bus from Preston was a smooth run but much slower, obviously, than my usual train.
I'm a bit miffed we didn't get a reduction in fare for our inconvience - the bus sets off earlier than the train would.
Still, I suppose a cut in fare would just mean even more rises in train fare down the line!
