Andrew Greaves reports that the police are looking for the Chorley train dodger who in February was sentenced to six months in prison for his crime and they want to find him for another matter.
Is it beyond the realms of possibility that the police should search the local prisons for him?
By my reckoning six months in prison from February puts him away until August, or has he been let out early to alleviate the overcrowding we read about?
What a farce it makes of the whole justice system that the police can't find him to question him in connection with an alleged assault.
The mind boggles yet again.
George Tivey, Chorley Editor's note: Train dodger, Andrew Ogden, served part of his sentence while on remand and has since been released from prison early.
